The Hinge
Property Overview
The Hinge is a mixed-use building that is located at the “hinge” point between downtown Indianapolis, and trendy Fountain Square. Placed directly on the Fountain Square leg of the Cultural Trail, the hinge is in the heart of what is happening in Indianapolis. Deylen used the most progressive and influential young designers to help create the Hinge. It has quickly become a landmark representing a new way of thinking about design in central Indiana.
The amenities at the Hinge include: an exercise facility, The Hinge Bureau, a cutting edge co-working facility; an indoor heated parking garage; a green roof terrace; private balconies in every apartment; Rook: a new restaurant by the creators of Siam Square and Black Market; and interior design by Nikki Sutton of Level Interiors.
There are studio, one bedroom one bath, and two bedroom two and 1/2 bath units available at the Hinge.
